Default Wings West Back in Business

Well I was on the throne in my Research and Developement room today reading through my new magazines when I saw a new ad for Wings West. I guess VIS has finally moved all the moldings and equipment to now and are making WW kits again. I also checked the WW website and it says "New and Improved." Just thought I'd share since I know WW kits were fetching high values on all forums...and since no one else has shared this info.

If this is in the wrong forum...go on ahead and move it...figured it would be most relevent here.

You make a good point.

I just went on the wings west website and the vis website and they share the same address. Are they the same company now?

Yes they are. I forget the guy's name...but the owner from VIS bought out Wings West...probably a lil over a year ago. Because of all the down time...Wings West parts were becoming rare and prices were soaring. I know on prelude forums...the 4th Gen (92-96) and 5th Gen (97-02) RS kits were goin for $600+ used.

I was gettin worried...cause I just got a new EJ1...and I want a different look for it and was thinkin about the RS kit since I already have the front lip....didn't feel like spending 400 or so just for rear and sides.

ViS bought out wings west well over a year ago, thats why WW parts have been hard to get becuz they were moving everything to a nearby location

Well its great that VIS bought wings west, except that replacing the stolen side skirts off of my 89 civic si are gunna cost $412.50. What a bunch of crap.
400 bucks to replace side skirts?

If anybody knows who stole an orange 89 civic si from Stevens Point about 2 years ago, and took the car to Milwaukee. I'd like to buy the lamborghini diablo orange painted wings west side skirts back from them.

They're already painted to match my car, and I need them to sell it, or I have to replace them, and repaint. UGH.

Yeah whats up with the prices lately...I remember when I first bought a RS front and rear lip for a EG, I remember them costing under $150 each. Now I see them online for $250 each.

Yes sir Wings West is back! I had an account with Wings West back in the day, did a lot of business with them. I've also been a customer of VIS for a long time but honestly I've never been too impressed with their products or their service. I hope that won't carry over to Wings West. I guess I'll find out next week, I placed my first order with them today.

And w00t for being one of the only NY dealers on their website
