96 accord fuse problem

96 accord fuse problem

all the lights in the dash including the clock and the lights in the back of the car flash on and off while making a clicking noise. any answers on what fuse if it is might be.

you have a shorted wire and the clicking is from a circuit breaker that opens when hot and closes when it cools off, making the lights go on and off
