Default coolant level dropping every week... no leaks?

hey guys

About 2-3 weeks ago, i replaced a cracked radiator in my civic. Everything went pretty well. However for the past few weeks ive been keeping a pretty close watch on the coolant levels, and it always seems like the fluid in the reservoir is low. I know for a fact that im not leaking any in the garage. And my headgasket seems fine, my oil doesn’t look milkyish or any of that good stuff. Where has my coolant gone?

Could it just be the hoses and its age? Or has the coolant not been fully flushed through the system?

thanks ek

either gremlins or lepricons.

no i kid, try make sure u arent leaking. also u may still have air bubbles in your coolng system, which is being replaced with coolant and its coming from the resavoir. (sp?) i would maybe keep adding, running the engine and checking levels again until it either shows a determined leak or fills properly.

you probably just have air bubbles in your system. Did you do a full flush when you replaced the radiator?

have you noticed any smoke coming out the exhaust?..when you have a leak in your system and its not external then it has to be internal ex. like a blown head gasket. and if it has been over heating on you that maybe another sign its a head gasket. or it could be air in the system(hopefully)

i havent been overheating at all... i just hope it needs some circulation.

it didnt even take me a whole bottle of coolant too fill up after i did my radiator change. so probably thats why.
