Which wheels (pics)
Which wheels would be best on my 96 integra SE. here is a pic of you to think and image what would look best...

now here's the wheels I had in mind...17" btw
RF 1

RSF 2

CDR 9

(also, the CDR 9's do not have the yellow strip on them, as it shows in the pic for some odd reason. It is also more aluminum like the RF 1's, and not so white as it appears in the pic.
Thanks.

the wheels on your car now are some of the lightest integra 15" oem wheels made, I would be sure to sell them for at least $350 without tires.
now, I also would NOT get any of th ewheels you posted, they are heavy, kinda ugly and a bit outdated. I always liked the middle one, RSF-2 bu tI owned a set of 16" and they didnt look too good for some reason, I cant figure it out.. just looked too beefy or too strong.... too rally-ready I guess.
also all of those wheels will look lame if your car is not lowered yet.....

Neither. Lower your car, save your money for some nice 16" forged wheels. Don't make your car a ***** by putting heavy ***/ugly 17" wheels on it. You want to upgrade your wheels, not downgrade.

avoid that style. if anything the rf2s are more modern. the multispoke look is dead. find yourself some better choices. there are other rims out there that look better and are around the same price range. try hitting up some ADR rims if you dont wanna spend so much on rims.
Here I photoshopped the rims on your car.
go to here to see what they look like.

keep the stocks lower your car, pull off the tint and the ghetto clears.... your car would be off the hook then. Unless you wanna get some forged wheels like volks, regamasters and such...
Hey, man I have to go ahead and give you a few pointers and suggestions.
First, its cool to ask for peoples opinions and such (I do myself sometimes) on things like this because of the common interest. But ultimately, its your decision and don't let anyone else decide for you. Secondly, this is Honda-tech, and if you've been around for awhile you will see that when you ask questions like these, you will be cluttered with suggestions of Spoon, Volk, SSR, Rota, and such. Not that there is anything wrong with these or what they represent. But understand the strong bias that this board has towards, go-not-show. That's perfectly fine, I came here to learn more about my car, maybe get a few ideas here and there, but I don't always agree with everything, but then again nobody will. I myself currently roll 00' Si wheels on my car. Are they nice? Yes, but I intend to put them up for the warmer months and purchase a nice set of semi-lightweight 17" wheels. Why? Because thats who I am and thats what I like. I have all kinds of friends with different taste and I don't hate on what they have and they don't hate on what I have. Everything is all fine. If they wouldn't buy it or vice versa, then cool, just don't buy it.
Basically What i'm saying is buy what you like. Wheels cost a decent chunk of change these days (I know, I just ordered some) so make sure your pleased with what you purchase. Hey the way I see it, If you got bigger wheels that are maybe a little heavier, hell just add another pound of boost.
And whoever said spoke designs were out. ?? All wheels are spoke design, and there can only be so many different types. I don't really see what your getting at.

yea i have 17" enkeis on my car
**** rota. nobody has said they dont like my wheels yet. in fact thats the focal point because i dont do the altezzas or wings or anything.
whatever floats your boat and helps you find the lost remote.
but i will say they are HEAVY as a ************. 48lb with a tire.
thats why i keep my stockies around for the track.

Re: Which wheels (Julian) (dc24me)
Spoon, Mugen, Volk, regamasters, SSRs... stuff that is strong and light. You'd be amazed at how much better your car looks lowered... even on stock wheels.

Remove the center caps from your wheels, lower the car a tad, and put the stock corners back on and spray paint them with orange stained glass paint. You would be amazed how much better those wheels look without the center caps. You definitely do not need to get 17s. For one, they just look too big on a honda. Secondly, looking at the wheels you have in mind, I figure that you are not going to spend $1000+ dollars on rims alone. Therefore the 17s you buy will be heavy as hell.
