Default Full cage and gauges????

Those of you with a full 10 point cage running a stock dash where do you mount all of your gauges?

I had pillar bar before with two gauges and my tach mounted there. Then I mounted the rest of them in my center consol, with my wideband on the steering colum. Now with the cage I loose the pillar bar. Trying to figure out where to mount all these gauges. I looked into the autometer mounting stuff that bolts to the cage but it is pretty pricy for what appears to be just a clamp.

If you have some pics of a nice setup post them up.

Thanks

Most important guage I put on the steering column. You could fit up to 2 guages on the coulumn.

Yes Autometer posted it in my orginal thread.

I am thinking putting important guages in where my heater controls are and buying a few autometer mounts for the roll cage for my oil pressure and boost. But I think they may get in my line of site.

Have you already made the pillar bars? If not, you can make it work. I made mine with plenty of clearance and run my gauges on the pillar with the small shift light.

do you mean have I made the pillar bars for the cage already? If so yes the cage is already installed in the car and fits pretty tight to the pillars.

Got ya. Yeah, when I made mine, I put the pillar pod in to make sure it was tight, but cleared. Post up some pics.

If you search under my name in the drag forum you will see the pics of the cage.

So far I have only found that autometer makes the mount for the roll cage

I put my tach where the factory radio was and my guages in the air vent locations. I'll see if I can come up with some pics for you. My car is sitting in a friends backyard because I moved to Hawaii. Larry

Here is one that I found:
