my buddy and i are swapping over the 91 ls brakes to his hf crx. problem is the hubs are smaller. what would be the easiest route to get the ls hubs to work? and i did use the SEARCH its just hard to find a straight answer.

What parts do you have?

 

I already did this swap.

If you are using HF axles you will need to swap them out to any other EF axle except 4 speed axles.

Wait till you're done, you'll be able to feel the weight of the brakes when you hit the gas.

I used axles from a 4 door Civic. It may have been automatic too.

 

so which axles will work on the ls hubs ? crx si? ex civic eg?

 

88-91 CRX DX and SI, or 89-91 Civic SI axels will work.
