shop painted the entire bumper white, and there's some panels on it that are supposed to stay black plastic.. i was wondering if it was possible to sand it off to expose the black plastic underneath.. anyone with body-work experience know?

 

you can sand it down but your going to be there for quite a while try some paint remove from pep boys but be careful you dont mess up your bumper
