Default Is there a post/site detailing the differences between various EF clusters?

I'm shopping for a replacement for my 1991 STD hatch cluster, just another stock EF cluster with a tach. (I had a CRX Si cluster in my last STD and that was fine..)

Anyway, I'm doing some junkyard calling/search, and wondering if any of the other clusters out there are also the same?

For the different Civic/CRX custers for 90-91, there's:

STD hatch
DX hatch
Si hatch
LX sedan
EX sedan
Wagons
CRXs..

Which models have the tach in them? And are all of them the 0-8000 rpm model?

Si's do, I know that..

Any of the others?

Are they all otherwise interchangeable?

I know there are also autoamtics, do they have the PRDNL in the cluster?

Thanks for any help. Been searching through posts, haven't found a nice breakdwon..

In terms of the 89 vs 91..

88 and 89s are *supposed* be interchangable. 90s and 91s are interchangeable.

There are electrical and physical differences between the 88-89 and the 90-91 clusters.

I am aware you can swap other clusters in, I prefer just the basic EF cluster with tach. I just want to know what models had 0-8000 rpm tachs in them.

thanks!
