Are Desmond RegaMaster's different than the Spoon SW388's?

They are the same rims but they seem to be different companies?

They are both made in Russia, same wheel...Regamaster puts their name on the Silver, Almighty Silver, and White models...

Spoon puts their name on the Black models...
