Default Compression ratio of of Nippon Pistons into D16Z6, what kind of gains?

Looking at sticking a new motor into my EF since the one in it is burning a quart of oil every 50 miles. I'm looking at doing a D16Z6, before putting it in, i might as well throw in some new bearings, but if it's worth it to have to buy new head bolts and a head gasket, i'd like to throw some pistons in it too.

What kind of power could i expect to gain from it?
