Yeah well ill tell u. The Jdm bumpers are a little shorter than the usdm bumpers. THe usdm bumpers stick out a little more. WIth the JDM bumper u can put on the the jdm lips mugen and etc. U cant use the jdm lips on the usdm bumper unless u wanna heavly modify it to fit. but HEres a LINK u should check out ephatch.com for our ep's

i would so help u but im too lazy to take pics of the bumper, take more pics without the mugen lip, find a host, and post them up . . . lol good luck and im sure there are more of us (ep3 owners) that can help u
There's a sticky somewhere on ephatch.com that shows the differences.
To briefly describe it -- the biggest difference is the front bumper. Besides the wider indentation for European plates, if you look at it from the side, it kinda curves smoothly down from the hood, down the headlights, and curves under the front edge of the bumper. It's a more compact shape, and it seems to flow really well.
The reinforcing bar underneath the USDM bumper will not fit under the JDM bumper because it sticks out too far. It would either need to be modified or replaced with a JDM rebar.

Here's a picture of the Civic Sport:

It's the CTR bumper without the lip. The thing is that if you use the CTR bumper without the lip you'll be left with some visible holes at the bottom of the bumper where the lip bolts to.
If you decide to go lipless you may want to look into getting the sport bumper...not sure where you'd find one though.

Check around for some EP1's and EP2's, then. They're Euro-spec versions of the EP, one with a D-series motor and the other with 5 doors. There's an owner from Norway on here with an EP1 (I think; it's the 3-door version).
