azenis vs. goodyears
You're comparing the Falken Azenis RT-615 with the Goodyear F1 GS-D3. They are both excellent tires, but in different ways.
The Falken provides greater grip on dry pavement (and is only so-so on wet pavement, although better than its RT-215 predecessor). The Goodyear provides greater grip on wet pavement (and it's still very very good on dry pavement).
The Falken costs about two thirds as much. The Goodyear lasts about three times as many miles. So on a cost per mile basis, the Goodyear is significantly less expensive.
The Falken is available in 205/50-15 and 215/45-16, both of which are good for Integras and '96-00 Civics. The Goodyear is available in 195/50-15 for pre-'96 Civics, and 205/45-16 for Integras.
If both tires are available in a size for the wheels and tires on your car, then I would suggest the Falken if you're using it mostly for autocross or track events, where the dry performance is most important, and the Goodyear if you're using it mostly for daily driving, where the treadlife and wet performance are also important.

The Hankooks aren't as fast on the autocross course as either Azenis, according to Grassroots Motorsports, and Car and Driver rated the Goodyears better than the Hankooks for dry performance as well as wet performance.
