my civic
hey, sorry, i dont have any recent pictures of my civic yet, its been put away for the winter, but will be bak out soon
. anyways, this picture was taken the day after i got the cay(in july). So it was still pretty much the same as when i got it from the guy, except i had taken the rear spoiler off to fill it in(had some holes) anyways its an '88 hatch SE. I paid $100Canadian for it, sounded like a pretty goo price to me, still ran fine but needed new CV Joints. So do u think it was worth the $100? Ill try to get some more recent pics up soon.

Looks like a $100 rust trap to me....
Be sure to check out the floorboards VERY well before exceeding 20 MPH in that thing! I don't think seat brackets hold up to well to skidding down the interstate....

dont drive too fast or it will fall apart. its worth 100 i guess, as long as it runs.

like you should be talking, and how much did you pay for your car not running right?
man that is SO cheap! from the looks on the outside its not too bad just gotta bondo that piece under the taillights and all the other rusted spots that cannot be seen on the other side (if any) my friend at work bought a 2nd gen RX7 for $1000 cdn and now hes going to beat up the guy who scammed him cuz two people already tried figuring out why it wouldn't run and it just ended up leaking gas and oil. you're lucky it only needs cv joints but i would check EVERYTHING else just to make sure before you head out onto the streets
actullay, i've already finished the bodywork, i udes marglass, same thing as bondo but it doesnt chip as bad. And the piece below the taillights, i got a new one, in the picture, thats after i cleaned it up, you should've seen it before. The only thing i gotta do is replace the taillight seals(it leaks) and the drivers side seat bracket. But im gonna look that whole car over before i take it out on the streets, just to be safe
