Default Valve Covers

Can someone help me out and clear this up for me? the difference between a jdm valve cover and the rest?

As far as B16 and of course SOHC motors I really don't know. I don't think there are many differences.

on japan covers it says VTEC in big and dohc small
USDM its DOHC big and vtec small

ludes have the same cover
