how do you take out the sending unit from a 90 civic 4 door

how do you take out the sending unit from a 90 civic 4 door

my fuel gage does not work all the time and i think it might be the sending unit, how do i get it out? i have a parts car i would not mind swaping it to see if it helps

you'll have to drop the tank,and its easy.
