Default B16a swap problems

ok. i just swapped my B16a from my 91 CRX HF (that i did a few years ago) into my 89 Civic Si. It wont crank and the dash is messed up. after you turn off the ignition the e-brake, battery, and oil light stay on dimly and the seatbelt buzzer will buzz. Every now and then it will throw the code 15 -Ignition Output Signal. I followed the diagnostic in the Helms (testing the voltage between B15 and B17 to A18) and got 11.88 volts on both wires. The manual says it should be around 10 volts. Would the code 15 be causing the dash problems. HELP and thanks.

Just curious, did you hook the reverse lights up ? Thoughs are known to cause issues in the hf model, had to cut mine actually yesterday. Everytime I would put it in reverse the car would act up.
