Set of Honda Front Running? Light Casings

I bought Honda Accord front lights because mine are cracked and ended up getting these. I finally got around to putting them in months later and they are much shorter then mine. These are for the running lights I think, under the headlights, possibly turn signals but I thought thats just the corner (everytime I get an inspection they claim its turn signal *shrug*)
Anyone want these? I'll give to you for shipping or best offer.
