Default Took my 06 Si to the track......

I ran three runs today at E-town in NJ....here was what happened

( i'll post pix of the slips and tha track when i get home)

First Run
0-60ft 2.302
R/T .395
1/4 15.065
MPH 92.28

Second Run
0-60ft 2.258
R/T .766
1/4 15.192
MPH 91.46

Third Run
0-60ft 2.281
R/T N/a
1/4 15.395
MPH 90.10

Barometer was 30.69
Temp was 41
0 humidity

i know i got progressively worse lol but i think my first run was decent considering i havent' been to the track in over 2 years and i only have 2500 miles on the car lol

No air was let out of the tires nothing... just pull up and run
on STOCK tires , not summers

Nice, you're still completely stock, right Mike? Or did you slap them volks on yet? If so, pics?

Not trying to "diss" you but I'm sure a better driver could pull of much better times. Not bad though. Get some better tires on there next time

well i did better than all the "magazines" so i think im doing alright for a sec lending compliance officer on wall st and not a track guru

as i get more used to the car and put on my parts i'm sure my times will get better

2.2 60 ft is real decent driving for street tires. I dont get how the times got higher when the 60 dropped. did it get warmer througout the day?

not "blisteringly" warmer but the track got shittier as more people came

90 percent of the people there were eliminator drag cars & sport bikes or mustangs with hoosiers... so the track was "tainted" lol

Not bad times, first one is oh so close to breaking into the 14's lol

I assume ones the weather is a bit warmer and you throw on the Volk's with some decent tires you will have no prob hitting 14's.
