crankshaft on my old F22A1 is done so i bought another motor outta a 92' accord for $420 with 86,000 on it... im almost done pullin my motor out and what not....now im considering takin my two motors and makin one run great... and sellin it along with whats left of the other and purchasing an F22B SOHC VTEC from like say a 94'....will it fit...if so what do i gotta do to make it work.???

 

it will fit fine, just keep your existing engine mounts, and you will need to customize the exhaust where it bolts up to the cat. you will also need to run wires for the vtec function from the soleniod to the vtec ecu you will also need...

 

I have the 5spd F22A tranny...will it work with the F22B1?

 

yes, they are identical for the most part...
