Default Removing a VAFC...

my buddy just bought a 92 GSR an it has a vtec controller hook up in it. i havent really looked at it or mesed with one, i was wondering if theres any thing i gotta do to take it out, or does it just unplug an everything is good ? if you could help me out that'd be great, thanx!

make sure you hook the map sensor wires, cuz if i remember the vafc/safc it takes one end to the vafc then the other end from the vafc goes to the ecu

he practically answered it for you.

depending on how it was installed, you may have to unsolder the wires. the map wires will be spliced in two. the others should be only tapped but depending on who installed it you may have to solder all of them.
