They are okay - a small step up in performance (and price) from the Yokohama ES100 and Kumho Ecsta SPT, but a step down from the best top-of-the-line tires around, like the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 and Bridgestone S-03.
Tire prices in Canada are always so much higher than in the States. Here, you can get that size for USD60 (which is about CAD69), at onlinetires.com. They're in California; I don't know how much it would cost you in shipping and duty or whether they're worth getting from here rather than there.

60 bucks a tire only buys you 195/50-15, which is fine for pre-'96 Civics, but too small for Integras.

damn. and here i am with a 2000 integra, 1996 civic, and a 1998 civic. wouldnt the 195/50 work...it'd just throw off my speedo and maybe wear off a bit faster?

Yes, exactly. And there's no reason to do that when there are so many decent, similar tires available in 195/55-15 and 205/50-15...

Sadly yes they are much moer expensive...which is why I do all my rubber shopping with our friends south of the border
I remember when I got my first set of rims, 17" heliums and 205/40/17 Toyo Proxes...$980cdn from a US store...in Canada, that would have been $1600-$1700! with taxes. Now I got 205/40ZR16 Azenis for $450cdn (400usd) shipped to a friend in Ohio....those in Canada...like $750-800 with taxes
If you can get T1-R's for that (which is $25 a tire cheaper then many other places, unless your price is tax in, in whih case it'd be around $40 cheaper then other places) why not run'em. Toyo has great customer service and they make pretty good rubber. It won't be as sticky as say Azenis RT-615, but its not meant to be. and they will still have plenty of grip and last alittle longer then max grip tires like the Azenis
