Which one to CHOOSE!

Which one to CHOOSE!
As you can see, I only have I/H/E for go mods. Right now, I can either install a Brand new Skunk2 Intake Manifold, or buy Used Jdm ITR cams and Cam Gears. Which should I go for? The Skunk2 Intake Manifold, or the JDM ITR Cams and Cam Gears??
Note, the Cams have been used for 11,000 miles, with brand new Cam Gears. The Skunk2 Intake Manifold is Brand new in the Box. PLMK. THanks!
