Default braking issue

i searched and couldnt find nething that comes close to the problem im having
when i did my ITR swap i had an EX as a beater and swapped the hubs over, ever since the car has been on the road ive had a problem w. the brakes, i bought a brand new booster when i did the swap, when im driving it and release the clutch at very low speeds it comes to a stop as if i hit a brick wall, does it in reverse too, another thing when i cut the car off the brake pedal seems to pressurize, could i have possibly installed the booster wrong? put teh brake line on wrong when reinstalled the hub, or could my lines be shot? any advice would be helpful at this point because im stumped

it sounds like your master cylinder is preloaded and the brakes are dragging. back off on the rod that attaches the pedal to the master/booster

the pedal is instant hard when the car cuts off, you cant even pump the pedal, when driving it feels to be normal pressure unless the car idles for a few minutes, and when you cut the car back to the on start position the pedal softens back up

i think its ur booster reserve (you are loosing vacuum so right behing the master clyinder there should be a round black plate going to the fire wall there should also be a hose to that check for leaks and make sure that hose is connected

Advance auto parts or Autozone booster?

If so take it back and get your money back and buy a OEM Adler booster.

The boosters from advance and autozone dont release vaccume so the brakes engauge and vac builds up.
