Default Kansas Rides Thread - <Keep it Running>

Well, I moved to kansas recently and am interested to see how many kansans we have on this board. Should have kansas get together someday if there are enough....

Well heres my hatch, not much now, but it will soon have a new heart...
Bought it last year from a guy in denver, has 205,000 miles on it at the moment, stock motor(d15b7), intake, and exhaust for now. I also had to get a different gauge cluster, needed one with a tach, and wired in some new speakers and a head unit with the help of my trusty aid, friz, who will also be helping me with mi swapo.
I had the rear end gutted but got tired of the awful noise, plus it didnt help that when I removed my stock exhaust, we found about a 6" long section that was practically gone, rusted out, it was bad.
A/C has been removed, and power steering was never there...
Got my GSR fat fives from a member on honda-tech

Swapping in a b16a from hmotorsonline as of(hopefully) next weekend.

Ill get some better pics once my engine is in!

Damn...I had no idea kansas had clean rides like the ones shown...I usually see awful old rusted out, riced up accords and eclipses around here...it sucks...

I am definately enjoying my b16 however . Its nice being able to have some fun against mustangs/camaros....
