who's running a b16a2 on their ef?
sorry i think is IAT(intake air temperature) is the sensor almost behind the fuel presure reg. in the d16a engine,but now im putting a b16a2 engine and can't find a place to put this sensor in the manifold

on that moter it is in the tube coming from the air box go to the dealer and ask for them to pull up that part on the computer and you will see what i a talking about

Looks like they no longer utilize that sensor on the newer us b16as....
My friend has a B16a2 in his delsol, and he just plugged his old sensor in and left it out in the open. Originally we were gonna just tap in a new mounting point on the manifold, but never got around to it. I guess it hasnt caused him any problems, even though its far from right.
There should be a port on the top of the manifold for a sensor (cant remember what it is off the top of my head) that you wont be using. Instead of plugging that up, you can easily remove the metal hose and use that as a halfway decent area to mount the sensor. Hell, you can get IAT sensors at the junkyard for a dollar, just JB weld the thing in place and save yourself the trouble of tapping threads to mount it. Then you will probably just need to extent the stock wires a bit, and you should be set.
How far along is the swap?

the swap should be done by summer,its an ls/vtec using a b16a2 head and im right now im saving for the rods, pistons and motor mounts,then turbo,im down in allegheny ave.,if you need something let me know
