No. You will have to buy new tires. Tires can only be used for a specific diameter wheel. That's why they come in sizes like "P185/70R14 87S" (often shortened to 185/70-14); the "14" refers to the diameter of the wheel.
For your 15x6.5 wheels, the best matching size is 195/55-15. 205/50-15 will also work.
If you need to use the same tires all year round, including occasional use in snow as well as during the rest of the year, then get an all-season tire. The Kumho Ecsta ASX is an excellent all-season tire and costs $63/tire in 195/55-15 from the Tire Rack.
If you don't need to use this vehicle or these tires when there's snow on the ground, then you can get a summer tire. Two excellent summer tires are the Yokohama ES100 and the Kumho Ecsta SPT. Both come in 195/55-15 and are around $61/tire at the Tire Rack.
