Basics:
· 2000 PY Type-R
· 5 speed, Limited Slip
· Adult owned
· 107K Miles with all service done - Needs nothing as far as I know at this point.
· New Timing Belt, and Water Pump at 95K
· New clutch, flywheel, and throwout bearing at 95k.
· New Clutch master cylinder at 95K
· New Radiator at 95K
· New Battery less then 1 year ago.
· Recent front and rear brake pads replaced(Cobalt GT Sport)
· Clean Carfax
· AC blows cold.
· Mobil 1 Full Synthetic always used(started after initial breakin period).
· 1 owner. Special ordered it, picked the car up the day it was delivered to the dealer with only 7 miles on it.
· Recent $200 exterior/interior detail-paint is silky smooth!


Goodies/Add ons:
· Bell Remote radar decector hard wired($700 installed)
. Suspension upgraded to Ground Control 400F/500R with Koni Yellow shocks(still have stock suspension too with only 50k on it).

. Comptech 6.7lb flywheel(brand new, just installed)

Other info:
· No accidents.
· Paint is in good shape
. Had compression and leakdown tests preformed by Crown Acura in Richmond around 95k before warantee ran out and came back fine.
· One very small dimple (not scratch, just slight round indentations) by drivers door. Doesnt stand out unless pointed out.
· Interior is in excellent overall condition (no cracks, etc… on dash). Wear showing on driver side floor mat.

I have a second set of Type-R wheels with Falken Azenis tires mounted(painted black) - $500
I have a spare comptech 6.7lb flywheel with around 50k on it. Had honda tech look at it, and its fine. - $200

Note:
If you're considering something over 70k miles that doesnt have a new timing belt, water pump, clutch, etc this all cost around $3k. Something to consider..

This car is SUPER clean..i was salivating over it when i was working @ crown...don't forget about the ground control top hats.
