Default amps for roll cage

i have an econo tig 230v is that unit poererfull enough to build a roll cage with? if not what kind of amps do i need to be running

I think your ok. get small ( of the same size tubing your going to use) scrap pieces from a local fab shop and weld them together just to make sure.

General rule is 1amp for each .001 so you should be ok
