Default Accord 97 and H22 OBD1 swap, have a few questions. Searched but still have a few ???

What's up HT members. I know.. I know... another post about H22.....
Well, I've just spend a couple of hours reading and searching here at HT about H22 swaps, I did learn some stuff but didn't find much info and answers about OBD1 and OBD2.

I have a 97 EX, and I am thinking about buying the whole "swap H22".
I would like to keep the bottom part from the F22, and top with the DOHC. Tranny from the H22 and ecu of course.
I got confused with all the stuff about wiring OBD1/2. It seems like after buying the engine, I will have to do a lot of shopping to find the right parts to do the conversion the right way.
Now, for more money I could get a H22 from 97/00 (OBD2 right?!), with less miles and newer overall. Would this be easier for the swap? Even thought the price is 1k more than a 93/96 h22... ? What DO YOU GUYS think?
Also, I am now thinking that it would not be so bad to have a turbo.... and was thinking if I could do a turbo setup for the F22 and then when having the H22, just get a new turbo manifold?
My budget is 3k and would like to get the best option for this amont of $$$.
Let me know of any opinions and ideas.

BTW.... I am really interested in a coupe accord (preferably 96 or 97) with a H22 swaped already... anyone selling one?!... let me know!

Thanks people for the patience with this post, yet another post about h22....

you dont own an accord yet? you might as well buy one thats already swapped and save yourself some time money.. and apparently alot of headache.

do not put the h22 head on the f22 block..and your not going to be able to swap and turbo for 3k and expect to have anything work right. you could spend 3k on bloody electronic components IMO

Why do you say "don't put the h22 head on the f22 block"??? Someone had tried and had not experienced any problem..... What could be the problem?
The 3k budget is for either a turbo kit or a h22.... not both... otherwise the budget would not be suitable for the moment....

Anyway, any more opinions... please let me know...
oh... and btw... I didn't understand "electronic components"... what do you mean?
