New to the site just wanted to say hello to all.
Hello everyone, Just wanted to make my 1st post and introduce myself. I own Dark Syde Performance in Fairbanks AK. Recently snagged up a 94 DX hatch from a friend of mine (needs a little work but runs fine. mainly got it for my winter beater to keep the miles and abuse low on my lightly modded SRT-4). I have been around the honda world for quite some time (many 4th gens with swaps). Currently all i have done to the EG includes: intake, exhaust, projector headlights and JDM tails, alpine IVA D310 touch screen and full JL system (12w7, 1000/1 amp yadda yadda) not really looking to make the car fast.. just going to go clean and keep as a daily driver until summer. Then I may go with the k20 swap or a b series turbo, we shall see.
my other car:
2004 Dodge SRT-4
Mods:
Fully built top/bottom end
Ported and clipped Dual ball bearing GT30-40R turbo upgrade
CCA 32x12x4 FMIC
Tial waste gate and 50mm bov
full coilover suspension
3in turbo back side exit exhaust
E55 projector retro headlights (not in picture)
and this and that..
aeromotive 1000lph inline fuel pump
1000 cc injectors
we are shooting for 700 all boost this spring
The SRT-4 has quite a few sponsors right now (I hate running the decals but they pay to have their name on the car)
and the EG hatch
more pictures to follow as we get the car cleaned up and repainted (champion white)

the hatch will be fun after i tear it down 100% and replace all that is damaged. right now i need a pass side door (has a crease) and some interior parts and paint and it will look good again...however i need to do some suspension work to get it back to factory again..then its off to the fun part upgrades

i agree i hated the wing...from day one. we have a CF hood/trunk for the car but at -50 it does not like to stay in shape. so we pulled it off for the winter.

Its a shop car, the idea is to have it stand out a bit. I think the car looks good and appears well done.
Aside from that the LCD is pretty stupid. Who watches TV while they drive?

hey sleepy_red_hatch you do realize i could buy your honda new with what i have into the motor alone 
but hey rice is fine if you think its riced out so be it....but i know that there are very few cars in my area that can even hold a candle to this car...
hell there are not many cars in my state that have turbos that can do this
as for the screen i have some other goodies hooked up to that alpine IVA D310 and use the screen for road racing as well (have camera inputs) not to mention i have some gauge readouts that show up on it as well..
for those who support the neon thank you (yes i call it a neon unlike many SRT owners...its just a fast neon that should be putting down low 10s this year and is street driven)

To the OP: How do you feel about them discountinuing the SRT-4 style neon and taking it over to the dodge caliber? Think it will be a hit or no?

Nice cars. The neon doesn't seem riced to me, especially if it's a shop car. Neon or SRT, whatever you want to call it, don't knock it into you ridden in and driven one. Even in stock form they perform great, especially for the pricetag.

i don't knock neons or srt's whatever you call them cause they are just neons i knock them because everyone that has one is cocky as hell. with their blah blah i got more money in my motor than what you could buy your little civic for. don't worry alot of use like to fix up the underdog. he's only posting on here to brag about his chrylser byproduct.
