It seems like a standard 5-bolt flange will fit.

Just get the fange for a t3 5 bolt pattern it'll bolt right up. That one just has more holes. the 5 bolt will fit.

What you do is take your measurements from bolt hole to bolt hole. Then contact BMC race and see which flange they suggest would fit.

Im just curious, do you think the thin edges left since boring the outlet will be a problem in terms of exhaust leak. Seems like a thin surface for a metal or carbon type gasket to work well on.

did you try BMC race yet? Even if he has to make a pattern it wont be $175 and will probably be nicer than your local place would make.

Didnt you already make this thread?

If you make a copy of the pattern with measuremeants, I could have the CNC shop cut you one that would be EXACTLY like your exhaust housing (Evening with the larger porting for the new exhaust wheel)

That quote sounds about right. I had my g/f's uncle CNC mill an intake mani flange and it was $175. $100 for the programming/setup fee and $75 for the first initial flange. They're cheaper in quantities of course.
