Just failed Smog in socal, here's the results (Help)

I just went to smog my 96 civic ex..Car is stock, besides an N-1 exhaust and iridum plugs. Here's the test results

15mph. HC max66-meas62 NO max487-meas878 COmax.57meas.20

25mph. HC max49-meas56 NO max774-meas1631 COmax.55meas.16

from seeing these results, can anyone tell me what i need to adjust to pass on my retest. Thanks

thanks. Just passed smog this morning, turned out my timing was a bit too advanced. So i backed it up a bit and ran 91, I passed with flying colors. The smog tech was pretty amazed.
