Default wich turbo is good for a h22a?

i have a quick question, what kind of turbo would be good for a jdm h22a? i want about 300-600 horsepower output, i was thinking of something from turbonetics.

GT30 for quicker spooling or sc61 for less$ but a little more lag.

shameless plug ha.. i honestly liked this setup alot though. With a boost controller on it i had full boost around 4300ish, made 291@ 8psi and is well capable of 600whp

SSAC Super T70 is laggier than the SC61 commonly used on B18C, and it starts spooling on H22 @ 2500 rpms. Last one I tuned had the compressor but back off after two hours into tuning... but she pulled like hell right up until that! SSAC
