LOl ,,do not mean to laugh ,,sorry ......your car has 2 axles as all hondas
it is normal for 1 wheel to spin faster or do not spin at all when car is up in the air .
As for the vibration we need more infos ..does it happen when accellerating?? at high rpm? at idle ?
there is a bulletin about that ,,affecting the exhaust short mid pipe, you need to replace gaskets and spring. bolts ..
