Want to trade a Low 12 second block for a stock B20 block in good condition
Motor tested at 300 each cylinder with a resh deck surface and boring/honing is about 2000 miles old. Motor ran real strong was in a hatch that hit 12's. Has over sized 25 over OEM Honda CIVIC TYPE R Pistons, brand new rings, ARP 8mm rod bolts and OEM bearings throughout the motor. Motor is real smooth.
Looking to trade for a stock b20 Block in GOOD Condition. Only problem with the block is the timing belt tensioner hole is stripped out, It will need to be welded and retapped in order to be 100% again. I got quotes ranging from 40-60 bucks. But what sucks is i barely put this motor in my other hatch and ran for a day before the helicoil i put in it failed. It is very fixable and my loss is your gain if you decide to do the trade..
