should I Be Concerned with the Timing Belt Snapping with crower 403t cams ?

my timing belt make a snapping sound and im kind scared buy it. anyone ever had this problem be for? it has a brand new oem honda belt & tensioner and new super tech valve train with skunk 2 gears..

i also forgot to say that the belt will get lose and tight as it rotates
It shouldnt get too tight or too loose as it rotates, obviously the tension on different parts of the belt is going to be different in each place but when its spinning it shouldn't be flopping around. Make sure you tensioned it correctly, the snapping sound doesn't sound good to me.

what its doing is the exhust cam kicks back while it rottes and put a little slack in the belt and thats whats making the sound. my buddy has the same setup and his do the same thing
and i kknow we put the belt on the right. i just need to know if anyone had the problem b4 and what they did about it..
