Default just got back from the dyno... stock b16

took a trip to Fynetune Performance (they use a Dynojet) this evening with a couple of friends.

just dyno'd my internally stock b16

setup:

stock b16
hermsfab ramhorn manifold
garrett t3/t04e .60ar turbine 60trim .63ar compressor
blox IM manifold
2.5"-3" DP to 3" exhaust

this is my first real tune using Crome Pro

i was a bit dissapointed with the first run.
first run it made 213whp/181wtq but the AFR's were extremely rich...

the numbers after about 35 mins on the dyno where
283.87whp and 207.24wtq on 10.5psi

i'm going back for the last few runs soon (was supposed to be an hour), had to make an unexpected stop to go take care of something.

not bad for a first tune. dyno sheet will be up as soon as i can get them on the computer.

comments(good or bad) / suggestions welcome

yeah i checked those fynetune guys out a couple of days ago when they first opened. Do they tune crome or did you do it yourself. When I called the guy I talked to didn't know what crome was.

nice job cleaning those afr's up, the second graph not only has more power but also has a really nice power band. GJ.

What did your total timing end up @? Just curious.

He wasn't the one driving the car... and he told the guy to go to 8k.
But hes gonna go again and try going to 8100

thats the same thing i asked.

he told me that he told the guy driving the car on the dyno to take it to 8, but atleast i
never saw the shiftlight go off (set at 8k)...

maybe he was going based on the tach which might be a bit off?
i think it might have made a bit more HP

yea, like everyone else said, the driver was told to take it to 8k, but apparently he didnt, and I didnt catch that till afterwards.
Out of boost it feels pretty good actuall, full boost feels just that much better.
Tookme about 8 runs to tackle the a/f, and then the rest of the runs, I played with the timming. got a total of about 12 runs or so.
Right now the car has a chambered 3" muffler, dunno if thats hurting the numbers or what, but next dyno time, I will be goin open down pipe, and re-routing the dump tube.

and for the people asking me to post the bin and timming, Id rather not post it.
