Default Seized oil rings

I'm having trouble removing oil rings from my P30 pistons. The two top rings came off with no problems, but the oil rings won't even turn. I didn't want to be too harsh with them and try to pick them out with a screw driver or something like that. Does anyone have a better idea to remove them?

I managed to get the rings out. I had to soak them in brake cleaner and use a small pic to get in the ring gap.
