Anybody know of such thing? I know on the new 2002 Civic EX Coupes, they come with 15" 4x100 steelies but wondering if there is such thing as a 16" steelie?

they sure as heck look like steelies as for weight concern i think they are on the high side

 

can someone please explain what 4.5 inches of offset is? is that the same as 45mm

 

call tirerack, they offer a lot of winter wheel steel wheel packages so I bet they can source a wheel for your setup.
