prelude to accord knuckle swap???

will '93 JDM prelude vtec front knuckles fit a '92 accord 4dr?

Ive been told not without some modification.
You have to bore out the balljoint holes a little on the accord lower control arm to allow the larger prelude balljoint to fit.

would it be possible to use lower arms off of prelude?
