Default 1995 civic HB CX doing an engine swap, what should I do?

OK, Im going to swap out this slow *** 1.5 for a new engine, I was wondering if anyone can give me any guidelines or suggestions on which engine to get and what exactly are my options, and please give me an idea of prices for engine and the cost of any alteration to put it in, Im on somewhat of a budget ..... I have a guy offering me a B16A2 with 50-60 thousand miles on it for $1200 then a hydro tranny for $350, is that a good price, would I need both?
