I have a canadian 95 civic si couple MT ( stock ) , if i plug in a P08 computer part #37820-p08-000 460-115371, Am i looking for any problem. Is it plug and play ??

I'd stick with a P28 personally.
But you can plug in a P08 if you convert to a 1-wire O2 sensor.

it may work with a four wire O2, it may also set the CEL. It depends on the tolerance of your O2 sensor and ECU.
But for sure the one wire will work.
