Default SKUNK2 pro coilovers? ANY GOOD?

ok so recently was offered a good deal on a pair of skunk2 pro coilovers. Im having problems finding any real reviews/thoughts/opinions on the performance and funcitonality of these componets...I've set my car up for the turns but feel like I have progressed past the limits of my Tokiko spring and shock set up. Any insight would be appreciated!

I dont own a set, but my buddy did. He said it was too stiff for his liking. Bounced way too much was his main problem.
