Oil on spark plug wires...
Hey guys I have oil on my plug wires.
I just changed the gasket and the grommets because of a leak (due to a crappy job from whoever changed the gasket before.).
I need to know if I should pull the plugs out or leave them in , because I want the oil out.
So what's the best way to do that, considering i'm not a mechanic...?
Appreciate the help.

If you have compressed air, you can blow the oil out. Hold a rag over the top to catch the oil as it sprays out the top. Or you could tape a small hose to the end of a shop-vac hose, and suck the oil out. Of course that gets the shop-vac hose full of oil. Or you could just pull the plugs, and let it go into the cylinders, to burn away when you start the car. I would not let it go for too long. If the o-rings (under the rocker-arm assembly) need to be changed you need a good manual (preferably Helm) and be at least slightly mechanically inclined. Good luck.
