So i spent 300 dollars for the edm aux lights...all that was included was the housing. tried bolting it up to my existing brackets last night to find out the mounting points are in totally different places. Anyone have this issue or did your edm aux housing come with edm brackets to mount the lights?

you should have gotten everything. i dont know what you paid though. not an expert. what good would the brackets be without the lights. dont know if they thought they could make money twice on an edm part/parts.?

Take a picture of what you got. I know the metal brackets are the same. The plastic bracket that holds the lenses are different.

 

I bought my EDM aux lights from Del on the solsociety.com forum. They were $200, and they came with all the brackets and housing with it (everything you need). I had these installed on my car with a 110W conversion harness for the h4 bulbs in my sol in no time. Make sure you use the conversion harness or 2 relays to drive your new EDMs, otherwise the wires will overheat.
