No need for injectors with stock greddy turbo. No need for boost controller either.

I'd jump all over that if it was in good shape

It's not too bad. When I had my del sol I had the greddy kit. I paid 1470 shipped for the full kit but that didn't come with BOV, intercooler or gauges. So all in all I think I spent 2500 with brand new greddy intercooler, brand new turboxs bov, gauges and I did AFC hack as fuel management which worked well but I'd recommend def. tuning it.
my original setup was
15g, greddy mani, d/p and bluebox, i/c piping, boost gauge, oil lines, couplers, t-bolt clamps, type-s bov, and its been running like that for almost a year, spent 1200 all together for it.
upgrading now, emanage+ support tool, 450's this is costing me around 500 including cleaning and repairing the injectors without tuning.

emanage, IC piping from summitracing, oil lines, act clutch-stock wont last long, small intercooler if you get a huge one you'll block flow to the radiator, invest in cooler thremo and upgrade fan,you dont have to but recomend APR head studs,BOV,exhaust if you already dont have 1,plugs wires n filters... i spent $1800 and for a solid 200hp its been 6months and no problems -cheap reliable fun-
deff get it tuned....
deff get it tuned....
Ill give u turbo, manifold, intercoolerpiping, downpipe and 2.5 in exhaust for 550 turbo has no shaft play.... And all u need is this cause i had this setup on my coupe at one point....

-Turbo
-Manifold
-intercooler and piping
-vacumm hoses
-BOV if wanted
