Default Will DLS Iridium 6.2's fit in my 2001 Civic EX doors?

The mids are 6.5" and 2.56" deep. Also the tweets are 28mm so will they work in the factory tweet pods?

Can you explain this? Will I need to trim alot of stuff? Will the stock speaker grill covers work with them?

The 7th gen civics have extremely thin factory speakers. To fit most aftermarket speakers, you need to trim out the basket that the factory speaker sat in, then make spacer rings (or buy them at best buy) to bump them out enough to clear the window.

also beware of those tweeters - they are very deep - so that may give you a bit of a headache as well.
