Default going 3500 in 5thgear, do i need to worry about it

im like noticing this for awhile. when i drive on the free way and i am in 5th gear my rpm is reading 3500 at 65 mph and my exhaust is hella loud. i have a dc headers and cat and resinator. (zc motor, 89 integra ECU, 90 crx si tranny) is this normal reading for zc. it feels like i cant drive it on the freeway and go to long drives or something like that. please let me know if anyone has these problems too.

I think it should be about right. you have an Si tranny, you get better acceleration but higher freeway speeds.

dont you mean lower freeway speeeds and higher accerlation.

but OH MY GOD that makes so much sense now. I just got a new tranny and i accelerated a lot faster with lower freeway speeds and never knew why. do you think I got an si tranny. the code was still the same as the old one I think that it said l3

My S1 tranny with my B16 revs about 4500 RPM at 70 MPH. And I drive the **** out of it on the highway, So I guess It can't be that bad, its a little uncomfortable though
