You're not getting that high of a compression ratio with stock internals!

Highest you'll get is like 9.7-9.8:1 by milling head and thinner head gasket!

How do you plan on running 12:0:1 with stock internals? Mill the head and thinner head gasket?

The compression isn't going to kill stock rods and pistons. Unless you're building a race only car try and stay below 12:0:1 so you can get a decent tune on 91-93 octane fuel.
