hey wuussssssup guys I have a del sol all souped up Ls/Vtec etc etc.. I`m graduating from college in couple of months and i wanna get my hands on a JDM s2K , i posted this thread if anyone could direct me to the right direction on who to talk to or what links to go to to get prices on an JDM S2k , anyone know howmuch they can run for in american dollars for an s2k ? im looking for an EXTREMELYYYYY LOW S2k If not i want it Zero miles if possible know what i mean? ,, But yeah and when i do have it shipped to me anyone know what kinda of moidifcations need to be done to have it registered in NY ? if not what possibilites or procedures do i need to go through thanks alot guys foor the help .... Can`t wait to get into S2k Shorty chillin on the left while me whippin it on da right side mHmm..lol

your 16, RHD isnt practical. learn to drive LHD first
JDM s2000's really arn't that available. Pretty much for the price of a JDM one you could go buy a new one. The s2000 isn't like tegras and civics where you can just easily convert it to RHD though. I researched it, i was going to make my old ap1 RHD.

I hate the JDM roll bar, its sooooo big. I just dont understand why they make it soo big when they are soooo small??? JDM is the hott **** yo
I dont see the point of importing a RHD s2k, and then having to register it, just to get a RHD car. You will end up spending almost twice as much for the car in the long run as you would from just buying a new one. And then you miss out on the warrenty and all that other stuff.

Well, the fact is, the RHD S2000 is not on the NHTSA approved import eligibility list. So the short answer of this is, you won't be able to get a street legal RHD S2000 in the US.
There's of course ways around, vin swaps etc, but that's illegal as hell and if you get caught, there goes your significant investment, and you'll be going to jail and paying some hefty fines.
